A por la tercera añada de este maravilloso vino , parece que fue ayer pero son 4 años los que han pasado desde que inicié mi Proyecto Personal . Me hace feliz mostrar de nuevo todo el proceso de elaboración , de forma cronológica y con fotos . La Uva Monastrell ya se ha recolectado y está recepcionada en bodega . Un buen estado sanitario y equilibrio entre madurez de azúcar y fenólica .

A pesar del mal tiempo, la Tamborada de la Burrica desfiló por las calles de Jumilla. Finaliza la tercera fase del Plan de Eliminación de Barreras Arquitectónicas.
